Do you have any properties ready for immediate delivery?
Yes, we have options ready for delivery and others that are under construction or in the planning stage, to suit the needs of each client.
What are the benefits of investing in off-plan projects?
Investing in blueprints allows you to access lower prices, greater future appreciation, easier payment options during construction, and the possibility of customizing some finishes.
Can I visit the projects before deciding?
Of course. We coordinate guided tours with our advisors so you can learn about the projects, the surroundings, and all the details before making your decision.
Payments and Financing
What payment options are available?
We generally offer reservations from US$1,000 to US$3,000, with the initial amount divided into installments during construction, and the remainder financed through banking entities or payment upon delivery.
Which banks do you work with for financing?
We work with the country's leading banks, such as Banreservas, Popular, BHD, Scotiabank, and other entities with mortgage loan options.
Can I apply for financing if I live abroad?
Yes. Dominicans living abroad can apply for bank financing. We'll guide you through the entire process and connect you with specialized mortgage advisors.
What is needed to separate a unit?
Simply select your unit, complete the purchase intention form, and make the reservation payment. We'll then guide you step-by-step through the signing and payment process.
What does “fiduciary guarantee” mean and how does it protect me?
The fiduciary guarantee ensures that your investment is protected by a trust, which ensures that the funds are used only for the development of the project as stipulated in the contract.
Checkout process
What is the complete process for buying a property?
The process includes: reserving a unit, signing a sales agreement, making payments according to schedule (down payment and financing), and signing the final purchase contract. We'll guide you through every step.
What documents do I need to buy as a Dominican/non-resident?
All you need is your ID or passport, proof of income, and to complete the documentation required by the developer and the bank if you're applying for financing.
How long does it take to complete the purchase?
It depends on the project. For completed properties, it can take between 30 and 60 days. For properties under construction, the time depends on the estimated project completion date.
Can I buy on behalf of a company or corporation?
Yes. We can guide you if you wish to purchase through a local or international company. Additional legal documentation will be required.
How do I sign if I'm not in the country?
You can sign from abroad using consular notaries, legalized powers of attorney, or digital signatures, depending on the type of contract. Our team will guide you through the process.

Can I invest from the United States, Europe, or the Caribbean?
Yes. We serve clients abroad daily and have a specialized investment team from the Dominican diaspora and internationally.
How do they receive payments from abroad?
We accept international bank transfers, remittances, and payments through accounts in US dollars or Dominican pesos. We also work with secure payment platforms.
Do you have advisors who speak English or French?
Yes. We have advisors who are fluent in English and French to provide personalized attention to our international clients.
Do they offer virtual support or video calls?
Sure. We can provide you with comprehensive advice via video call, send you digital catalogs, plans, project videos, and everything else you need to make an informed decision.
After-sales service and warranties
What guarantee do the properties have?
All properties have a structural and finishing guarantee from the developer, in accordance with Dominican laws and regulations.
What does the after-sales service include?
Our after-sales team follows up on any outstanding details after delivery, from minor adjustments to technical claims during the warranty period.
Do they help with renting or managing the property if it's for investment?
Yes. In some projects, we offer management services, vacation rentals, or Airbnb listings. Consult with your advisor to see if this applies to your investment.
